tears of joy!

Hie thanks for the parcel it really brought tears of joy to the receipients.

Seven children benefitted from the clothes you sent. Three of them were between 3 and 9months old. one was a month old the other three were less than a week old of which two are a set of twins.

The children who benefitted are from a place called Alicedale farm in Nyamandlovu area where my parents home is. The parents of the children live from hand to mouth as things are very difficult for them.
One had tears of joy because her baby had no clothes and those were the only things she had, the other had no jersey for the child and was very grateful for the clothes.
For those above a month old their parents are also struggling so i gave them the sweaters and the hats. you will see this on the photos. The parents are cheap labourers who survive by doing piece jobs in people's fields so sometimes they get as mostly a US$20 a month which is far too little to last them to the end of the month. one of the parents the mother holding a baby is an orphan who lives with her grandmother in two grass huts and she does menial jobs to fend for herself and the grandmother and the baby/ SS
